It started with some rival gangs fighting and then shooting each other which set off a fricking panic and widespread looting. The police had to step in and quickly before things really got out of hand. They need the national guard to come in and restore order at this point.

CNN is throwing a pity party for one of the protestors that wouldn't follow directions and got hit with rubber bullets.
