Cracked and now I tried replacing it with a new screen and damaged that one..... Yeah I know

Damaged the ribbon cable? Are you confident that the second time's a charm? Otherwise, maybe the repair shop is the best option. What are they charging for labor now? What sucks is that the iPhone 5's screen replacement is a 5-minute job, similar to the iPhones up to the 3gs, whereas the 4 and 4s were annoying and time-consuming. I'd hope the labor charge scaled down appropriately.
