Of course NOT. I even said I was not claiming the cop did anything wrong. JEEBUS!! What does the "community" have to do with the idea of a government NOT keeping secrets from the people?
I think it should be a matter of public information. frick either "community"s pigmentation or butt-hurt.

Then, the Gov. should deal with them: information, force, 'hunker down'...I don't know. But, that is a separate criminal act and should be handled.

Sorry. "We are scared" is a lousy excuse for government secrecy.
