Historically speaking, Israel (especially Likud) hates all second-term Presidents, because that's when it becomes harder for AIPAC to apply any pressure on them.
That's an interesting observation. It may be worth it to actuallty look into how our policies toward them differ during 2-termers' second terms--especially after the traditional fifth-year legislative push pivots to "legacy" initiatives.

By the way, I have a hunch that Bibi would hate Rand Paul's second term much more than Obama's second term.
I honestly like Rand Paul, but I'm not sure he has all that much steel in him. I'd personally like to see a president come in and do an exhaustive review of all of our "complicated" relationships. Our foreign policy makes no sense because we rarely sit down to ask (1) what we want, and (2) if our current lines of effort are in support of those key goals.
On a personal note, I'd refuse to deal with Netanyahu at a Head of Government level. I'd have it handled by Kerry and Israel's Foreign Minister. Netanyahu is entitled and insufferable.
