i'd like to see those same stats against only power 5 teams though

vs Ranked teams (33 games)
2013: 28.7 ppg
2012: 18.8 ppg
2011: 29.8 ppg
2010: 26.8 ppg
2009: 14.5 ppg
2008: 26.2 ppg
2007: 33.0 ppg


Considering that most of the ranked teams LSU has played have been from the SEC or teams like Oregon, WVU, Virginia Tech, etc.. I'd call it respectable at the very least. I believe it's about 1.5 ppg behind what Alabama has averaged against ranked opponents under Saban.. and that's largely because of 2009 being one of the worst offenses I have ever seen
