Kind of sick of hearing about it, he killed himself, had he have died in a tragic accident or of some medical condition i would be more willing to hear about it

This is the problem right here. He DID die of a medical condition: severe depression. He struggled with, like cancer, for nearly his whole life. He went into remission for some time, then it reared its ugly head and took him. The depressed mind doesn't reason like you do. The depressed mind doesn't think, "I can't leave my wife and kids. What am I doing?" It's not about selfishness and any one on here who has friends or family who have suffered from depression or severe depression can tell you that.

You can care little about Robin Williams' death. That's fine. He didn't affect you in the way he did others, most of whom never met the man, but stop being ignorant. It isn't cowardly. It isn't selfish. It isn't the short way out. It is what it is: a disease of the mind.
