Simultaneous Land/Path clearing and mulching in Ascension Parish

My company has a project that will require us cut paths through a moderately wooded area. i.e. Brush and trees less than 8-10 inches in diameter. Typically we'd use a dozer to clear paths for our equipment, but owner wants it mulched and not just knocked down.
Does anyone have any recs for someone who does this around BR/Ascension Parish?
Here's a video of what I have in mind LINK

You can probably rent a bobcat with a brush cutter. I know of a guy that does it, and he also is a certified arborist, but I can't remember his name. He uses a bobcat
Eta: The bobcat one works much better than the one in the video. You basically drive straight forward and it does the work

Could you imagine a madman on the loose with one of those on a packed city street similar to the guy 5 or 10 years ago who turned the bulldozer into a tank and went on a rampage? It would be horrific.

I know a guy who formerly worked for the LJG Land Company who operated one of these in Ascension. Maybe they know where to find it
