Easy for English speakers to navigate Namibia or is German the language of business/commerce,etc....?

English, German, and Afrikaans are all spoken there but nearly every person you run across speaks English.
It would be a long term move to get a tax break and enjoy the opportunity to live overseas. Although I'm now also considering Argentina. I know a guy who runs high end hunting lodges all over the world and last night he suggested I take a trip to Argentina before I make my final decision.
