That advice up there ^^^ may seem bad. It's not though. It's solid.

However, if you don't want to do that and if it feels wrong just get back to the basics. Work. Eat. Sleep. Workout, fish, hunt, or whatever it is that makes you happy.

When I divorced my practice wife(she was batshit crazy but I couldn't see past the boobs) I felt like I was going to hell. It had to be done. I felt that I had done something wrong though. Thank God no kids. Almost lost my job and nearly drank myself to death. Alcohol or drugs are not the answer.

I don't know what your situation is and I don't want to insinuate that you are living wrong. I'm just saying I know what you feel and the hurt. I pulled through it and have a beautiful wife and daughter. You will make it too.

One last piece of advice. Don't talk to her. Even if she calls you. Trust me. Unless you have kids then you will have to talk.
