Yes, New England was playing, Cincy had another game, and the only football game on my tv was a replay of last Sunday's Giants game.

Not sure what exactly you looked at because the 49ers Ravens was on live in its entirety and now the Cowboys Chargers is on live. I think every game that was played today will be replayed tomorrow and then the Saints Rams is on live.

I don't know, but at about 7:30 I had the HOF game.

HOF game replayed from like 3-6 PM.
Since 6:30, which is the time all the games you mentioned started, live football has been airing on the NFL Network and every game that isn't aired live WILL be replayed.

NFL Network was screwed up for like 5 mins (around 730 or so) and had the HoF game on for some reason for a minute

That has to be it. I even checked the sports channel 998 on Cox that shows what is playing on all sports channels at one time.
