I agree with this. I can remember when Tulane would always have a big name such as Bama, FSU, Ole Miss or Miss St. come to the done. I seriously doubt those teams would even consider playing at the smaller stadium. I still think it's a recruiting advantage as well.

You think the dome home games against teams with more fans than Tulane was a recruiting advantage?

Also, FSU hasn't played Tulane in 20+ years.

Son come to Tulane you can play in the superdome in front of 10k people. You will be able to hear the AC that cools down the saints.

The dome hurt recruiting more than it helped.
