Yes, but seeing as anyone can pray (it doesn't have to be to a god), it is a personal choice whether or not you do it.

So, seeing as this is a known discount, people are just choosing whether or not they want to get a discount.

Anybody can pray. Therefore it's not discriminatory.

It doesn't matter what your religion is. The act of praying is what gets you a discount.
