You don't evangelize based upon the value of the person to your religion. You evangelize based upon the intrinsic value of the person to whom you are ministering.

The Great Commission is the message of Christ to the disciples. Go to all the world. So her stunted interpretation of that is theologically incorrect and ethically questionable.

That's your opinion. She gave her opinion. My question was "What did she say that is not true?"
