yep, the biggest financially tie they have is athletics pouring millions of dollars to support the academic side. The people that attack LSU athletics spending and cry that it should be spent on the academic side don't understand how things work.

I also agree that we have a problem with too many colleges in Louisiana but the ones that should be cut wont due to politics
