I've come to terms that educated guesses in fantasy football means little to nothing. It's no more comforting making an sound logical decision only to have it completely go the other way... which happens all the time. I don't find kickers any more random than any other position which is where we differ.

You can pencil in a kicker for 6-8 points a week. Am I wrong to believe that? So wouldn't that make them pretty consistent as opposed to being random. Occasionally you've have a kicker go off, but it's not a common occurrence a kicker goes for 20 points. And when they do, it's either glorious or gut wrenching depending on which end you're on... which makes it more fun and exciting imo.

Randomness is the epitome of fantasy football. Why limit what it's all about?

If that is the case then why even play? If its random then it doesn't matter what you do.
