No. Cap 3's story is already about Cap still looking for Bucky.
Cap will not die in Avengers 2. Neither will Thor. And Hulk, There are too many rumors around Hulk for that to happen.
Iron Man and Widow are the safest bets.
Cap is on the list for A3's death toll though, and is probably the go to death for that film.

I think there is talks about Widow getting her own movie. Plus rumors are that RDJ may be quitting the Iron Man movies
