We should use both. Natural gas can be exported more cheaply than coal and help our balance of trade. There is no downside to using both since:
a. Global warming does not exist.
b. The US =/= the Globe
c. It would increase Business Confidence and release pent up capital for expansion and economic recovery.

I like this better. Natural gas is good too. Each state already has on average 2 nuclear power plants.
