He made it to the second round, then was cut. Like said, it's tough to really judge culinary skills on a show like that. He had to cook most of his second dish while holding hands with another chef, ended up overcooking part of his dish as a result of not being able to get to the fryer. He tried to play it off but didn't succeed.
