try the arugula with burrata.. add capers.. capresi is boring in comparison.

The right up is interesting. They don't all agree on arancini. I like it when done well, but I don't get excited over risotto like many do.
I don't see that many Italian restaurants are removing caprese from the menus. I saw that one guy was. Where did you read and many are removing it?
I don't find Caprese boring at all. The flavors work smoothly together for my taste. I enjoy barrata, capers and arugula, but given the choice, I'll pick Caprese nearly every time. I sprinkle it with some capers once in a while because I love capers. I don't love black olives, though.
