In the NOLA.com top 50 thread on the MSB someone said LSU was recruiting a running back from PHS. Don't have a name just curious if it's legit.

Not sure. My step kid goes to PHS and I was planning on going to some games if he is legit. Some guy on the MSB said the coaches say he is the next Shyrone Carey.

Saw something mentioned on page 5, the kid they are referring to is a sophomore. And he is going to really break out this year

No problem, at first I thought you were talking about the senior, Brian Rodgers. Hes a great kid and a really good running back, but he is coming off a bad knee injury and is too small for most BCS programs. People are def referring to Holmes when they make the Carey comparisons.
Kid is massive. Really hope he gets it all together this year
