Sell beer
Better use of scoreboards (supposedly this is happening)
Either eliminate having to pay to park on campus inside of Highland or keep it open so that you can still get in close to game time. For me, this has been an issue for the cupcake games. Before they started charging to park on campus, we could participate in our kid's activities (they play games on Saturday too), drive in about an hour before the game, and could usually find a spot to park left by those who tailgate and leave before the game. When you're playing a multi-directional school, looking at that trek, and dealing with the traffic nightmares getting back out after the game, watching it on TV starts to look mighty attractive. We actually started using the shuttle from down town on games where we don't tailgate.

as for texting and getting scores and highlights, I switched to Verizon a few years ago and have no issues. With AT&T I couldn't even make a phone call within a mile of the stadium. It would still be nice to see scores and possibly highlights of other games during commercial breaks.

Renovate the INSIDE of the stadium. There are actual sit down restaurants inside some basketball arenas that I have been to and there is more than enough room to do that in Tiger Stadium. I've gone to Phillips arena for games there and hung out at Taco Mac before the game and at halftime. It's a lot of fun and when you've grabbed a beer and some good food, YOU GO BACK TO YOUR SEAT. Set up one or two places like that where people can eat and drink and watch the game. They could even sell a certain number of SRO tickets.

Also, allow re-entry into the stadium, as long as they scan out.
