The only ones that may be tax free from what I have googled may be physical injury/disability type lawsuits. I think Ventura will be taxed on his winnings.

That plus the 30% plus lawyer fees & Ventura will only get about several hundred thosand? It wasn't ALL about the money I don't believe. Ventura is very stubborn/proud man.

The Poster above says Luttrell (Kyle's friend) was on Hannity ,but very very careful about what he said about Ventura. It was about warning people that lies about him will not be tolerated & he will stick with the lawsuit until the end(unless a public apology retraction is made).
