I stayed in Asheville 2 nights in June while vacationing in Highlands, NC for a few weeks. Before I left I looked up best restaurants in Asheville and scoured this board. The website that I found the best info was A Spicy Perspective. Where to Eat in Asheville, NC. Very helpful. Last year we ate at Duck Taco and Curate.

One night we parked in a garage and walked to Wicked Weed. I'm not much of a beer drinker and I loved it! I got a cucumber beer that was on tap and it was really good and refreshing. A very cool place.

We then walked to Limones for dinner. I highly recommend it. The margaritas were outstanding and my husband shockingly ordered one that had carrot juice in it. It was better than mine, but mine was still really good. I ordered one with peach and jalapeños.

While we had dinner, my son did the funny bus tour and he loved it. He walked to Farm Burger and really enjoyed his burger and fries.

The next night we ate at Cucina 24. We loved this Italian restaurant too! We chose something to eat from each section of the menu as it was suggested on the website I researched.

There are so many great restaurants that I didn't get to try. The weather is so nice that they get to enjoy eating outside or having the doors and windows open.

Also, go to French Broad Chocolates! I had it last year and this year, but we left Cucina 24 to go have dessert on a Friday night. Wrong! On the weekends the line is out the door!

Have fun!

I'll second French Broad Chocolates, that's a great spot.
