She's really not anymore crazy than the average federal beuarocrat. These are the people that run the day to day operations of the federal government regardless of who's president.

Just think about all the evidence she and her cohorts destroyed, even after a 2010 lawsuit was filed by Z Street for targeting of Pro Israeli groups who sought 501 c 4 status.
