Come on Trackfan you are using the alleged actions of one soldier to indict a country? You are better than that. The Liberty is a good example because that decision was not made by a grunt in the field but this other "news" may or may not be true and you know it.

That's a fair assessment since every army has bad apples in it, but it's the lack of discipline given to these soldiers that's appalling. I remember reading a story about an American army officer who did something similar to an adult male Iraqi who was an insurgent that had been captured, and he was courts martialed, demoted and kicked out of the army. I'm guessing that had he done this to a kid, he would have gone to prison.
