That's why they're low balling you on the trade.
Have you tried taking your truck to carmax to see what they'll give you? I had a dealer in TX match that number.

The truck is listed on autotrader at the same price. They won't come off that price and I'm okay with that because it's far below retail and even trade value.
I understand that they gotta make money somewhere but 4-5k under fair trade value is not happening.
