It's fairly casual. Collared shirt and some decent pants should suffice.

I was wearing shorts when I went but I was still dressed nice.
Boucherie isn't a dressy restaurant, and even Yelp says that Boucherie is Casual Attire. But still dress nice casual, but not as fancy as Business Casual, if that makes sense.
