true, but all we can do is compare stats between the 2 backs. Hill would have been a 1st round rb without the two arrests.

He was never going to be a first round pick -- just the way the nfl is nowadays.

Doesn't mean he wasn't talent wise -- he was top-15 in my opinion and one of the best running backs I've ever seen play in the SEC

Vision, makes people miss in the hole, doesn't get chased down from behind on long hand offs and has the ability to out run defenders to the end zone at 235 pounds -- Clemson, Auburn, etc.

You contended that Gordon would not have been drafted over Hill. Do I really have any idea if we he would have or not? Personally, I don't know... Maybe? Maybe not?

Your best bet is to piggyback off NFL personnel, and that is exactly what I showed you with more than a couple saying Gordon would have been the first back off the board. Not sure you can find the same regarding Hill.

Anyway, to the topic at hand: I think it is realistic to see Gordon and Clement combine for 170 yards, but the Wisconsin passing attack account for just 150 yards. Won't be pretty through the air.

Against Iowa James White ran for 132 on 19 carries with two touchdowns. Clement did not get a carry. Why would the offense go away from success?

This year Taiwan Deal comes in as a freshman and will supplement Gordon and Clement.

As others have said, Wisconsin will run the ball. Passing will be a major concern. The pass game has been bad to barely fair the last two seasons and doesn't look too promising going into 2014.
