I've been using southwest alot lately.. I actually moved my flight up today and couldn't believe when I was actually refunded money. I will say though I'm not a big fan of the find your seat arrangement.

Currently in the air to SLC flying Delta. Only people who fly every week should have loyalties otherwise it truly doesn't matter because you aren't valuable enough as a customer for them to treat you any differently. I might be a bit harsh in saying that, but business travel is where they make margins and person travel is just to break even and fill seats. I'm ok paying $800/ticket because I have to be somewhere by a certain time and date...and I'm flying somewhere every week rather than the average consumer who wants a $200/ticket and flies 3 times a year.

I wish the average person realized just how much all of those "Sky Priority" people have to fly to earn those early boarding times and first class upgrades.

I'm on my way to Diamond this year...I've flown close to a 100,000 miles so far. Delta is the best, IMO, and American is miserable.

Southwest is awesome for the regular traveler but it is not very good for rewarding business travelers since it does not have a first class.
