Oh, ok. We're all Americans, so yeah....by your example there's no diversity of thought on this board, no matter how we disagree at times.
maybe i can put it another way:
the GOP has, in modern times, had 2 major tents. The family values, religious right types who care mostly about social issues and the "fiscal" conservatives who have never really given a damn if guys wanted to bang each other they just want lower taxes all the time.
Since the bailouts in mid 2008 it has become fashionable for that second group to start calling themselves "libertarians". They (understandably) don't want to be associated with the social issues faction of the GOP and are disillusioned with party leaders. They are either trying to wrestle control away from them via the ron pauls of the world or have gone full gary johnson and actually left the party over it.
Those are the types of libertarians we have on this board. At heart they still self identify as "conservative" (even if they don't admit it).
There are other types of libertarians out there, but by and large they don't really exist here nor is the type you're describing sufficiently different enough to separate them completely from the general right wing thought that dominates the board.

I see. Your problem is your own bias, thinking you have the ability to read minds and know the heart of man.
It's highly possible that GOP'ers and those who vote third party for president have very different ideals in the political arena.
Social conservatives and libertarian leaning folks disagree far more than they agree. I'll bet you that most of those "Libertarians" agree with you on more issues than they do the social conservative.
