You could also do it by an average point total per hunt, not per total number of birds killed. The problem is some people get geese, some get mallards and others just get mergansers. When you assign different point totals to different birds you run into problem also...

That is why I said from day one. A bird is a bird and should only = to one point.
Besides, the guys that goose hunt have more days to hunt.
