Could have sworn I posted in this thread about 6400 Richmond…anyway, that location has been many different things over the years, some good, some not so good (read: some safe crowds, some not so much).

Judging by the website, it’s currently in a “good” phase

quote:

“Stereo Live is a young Houston Music venue; although a versatile venue, claiming the well known 6400 Richmond address (formerly known as Planeta Bar Rio). With significant updates and upgrades, many things have changed and continue to change besides just the name.

The venue is now available to rent for many different kinds of events, such as corporate events, fashion shows, dance competitions, hip hop shows, charity events, rock concerts, and themed parties.”

It’s relatively convenient for those of you staing at the team hotel or anywhere in the Galleria; staying anywhere else will require driving or a cab.

Best to start out for lunch at the "Ragin Cajun" on Richmond by railroad tracks, then head north toward Galleria on Richmond by Hilcroft! Profit
