Plastic surgery show. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow are the plastic surgeons; both had wives on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
On the episode now there's a Justin Bieber wannabe who wants them to perform more surgery on him it look like Justin. There's a scene of him singing in a recording studio and his voice is absolutely terrible.
FWIW the other patients seem normal in comparison. Except for the post-op tranny pornstar episode and the gay Ken doll lookalikq

I was at my ex's house and this shite was on. I couldn't look away. It was a fricking train wreck.
That "Bieber wannabe" is perhaps the most annoying and pathetic person I have ever seen. and frick that music producer who said he "sounded great".

The show is called "I Want A Famous Face" & it aired about 10 years ago on MTV
