You could look at WAR and see that 2013 it had a 5.0 while in 2014 it is 3.1. No matter how hard you guys try, the Braves bullpen is worse this year. That was the original argument. Eye test and all the stats back it up. Sorry, but still waiting for the time you guys admit you are wrong. I'm sure that won't happen.
By the way, the only way our bullpen will get better is if we trade for some.

Dude. WAR accumulates. They're on pace for a 5.1 WAR by the end of the season.
Even so, I'm not trying to make the argument that the bullpen is better or worse this year. I'm saying that the bullpen is not the problem. The problem is the offense and the fact that our bench is terrible. The starting eight probably won't change, but the bench needs to be improved. DFAing/trading Schafer and calling up Cunningham would be a start. And calling up Gosselin to replace Pastornicky once ten days have passed would be a good move.
