Still missing the point...this isn't about making more prohibitive laws. It's about simplifying, streamlining existing immigration laws (removing burdensome regulation) and providing for a simplified process for unskilled labor. We want them to migrate legally, right now that's practically impossible so they come illegally. This isn't about making them citizens but allowing them in to work, the ability to go home and then come back again for work.
