This is the exact type of scenario that I was talking about in another thread about the family. Instead of this government incentivizing marriage, they do the opposite and reward irresponsible behaviors that only encourages more of the same. It's absolutely ridiculous and shameful.

Our social structure is fractured and our governmental policies, built on greed driven platforms, are to blame. In the end, the public is to blame...not the majority of the taxpayers, the majority of the public.
