He may very well be the baddest chef to ever walk the earth but the man came off as a hack to me. Sorry y'all don't like my opinion of him. Well Guy Fieri doe not have the largest restaurant in the country but I'll give you he's certainly no chef. Nor is Alton Brown as he graduated in I believe cinematography.

Batali has be cooking in kitchens since college, went to Cordon Bleu for awhile, apprenticed under Marco White of all people, opened Po which was a huge hit before hooking up with Joe and Lydia Bastianich and building an empire of total Italian food. To claim he's a "hack" shows your opinions worthiness of which I commented about.
