well we would be about 5 years further along if Mocando would not have happened. Obama was continuing Bush's policy to expand drilling to the Eastern seaboard. That was halted in the wake of Mocando. Now we are picking it back up. Good news.

exactly....this only means they will continue to explore.
We are still 5-10 years from drilling the first well
