tduck I'm not ignoring your offers. I'm thinking. Constantly. I think I'm ready to deal which would mean that, Fleshy, I can't make the trade.
The offer, while completely fair by the way (technically probably better for me than you), is enticing, I just can't get past the low volume of passes thrown his way. I value targets higher than I do TD's simply because TD's are much more rare than catches. Usually lots of targets means more chance for TD's. Thomas' situation is one of the most rare statistical occurrences I've ever seen. Thomas leads the league in TD's but it is in spite of not being targeted much compared to other top tight ends. Therefore, the probability of him remaining on this pace is low because for the rest of the year people will be keying on him and his current target rate won't increase and may even go down since most of his targets seem to be red zone targets. Plus Marshawn is my one and only true dominant player and when it's all said and done, I'd rather have a dominant RB than a dominant TE. I'm probably dumb not to take this, but I just can't. Plus if by some miracle I make the playoffs with this hodge podge of average players +1 stud, there is no way I'd want to face someone with Forte and Lynch as their RB's.
tduck, a trade coming yo way
