I've been to Old Coffee Pot and it's actually not that bad. Got dragged there by my uncle against my will, but left singing a different tune. Not a top 20 restaurant in the city or anything, but the gumbo was damn solid as was the etouffee. I'd certainly choose it over the pile of shite that is Oceana Grill.
ETA: wait, are we helping him decide between these 2 or offering up other suggestions?

Well shite. I'm going to email and see if she has any other recs
Also what other places would do that for us? If the price isn't that much different then I would rather pay a little more vs eating in a shithole
