Very true
All of the big market teams whiffed on the stars this year(sans melo but meh)
Now you have teams like charlotte signing stephenson.

Lakers dont have a stable coach in place.
Neither do the Knicks (though Melo wasnt leaving NY for a small market, we know this for sure), neither does Boston. Miami's guy probably wont seem as good now that BronBron is gonegone. It's a perfect storm for small market teams to get lucky.
and it didnt happen.. Lance Stephenson isnt a rockstar, but he was sold when he talked to jordan (who he grew up idolizing) and ewing in a meeting in charlotte.
