No lie- my dad has had an addiction to nasal spray for about 35 years. He literally can't breathe without it. U fricked.

Nasal spray is not addictive. Your body builds up a resistance to it and it becomes less and less effective, but the spray itself is not addictive. Same net effect I guess. Just quit using it for a week or so and your body will readjust.
