I have a 13" Chromebook ($299) and it does exactly what I want it to do. Surf the web, steam movies and cast to HD TV. It's lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. It take some time to using the "google cloud" for everything but overall its fits the spot in between a tablet and a full blown desktop.

I just ordered an Acer 720 off of Amazon. Pretty excited...I think this is going to work and I'm spending way less than I thought I would have to.
