He is the best Head Coach that LSU has ever had (yes, better than Saban was during his tenure at LSU).

Since "best" is a comparative term, bringing up Miles' predescessors is appropriate. And in this case, it's only a matter of time before someone says "but Saban". I think it important to distinguish between Saban being the best "career" coach to ever coach at LSU and Saban being the best LSU coach (if you get my drift).
