What most get at here is I think I could follow a curriculum and teach a class in a pinch. I know 99.9% of teachers couldn't do my job. It's involves abstract thinking sometimes and years of experience.

No disrespect intended, but you do realize that there is much more to it than knowing the material, right? I'm also not going to engage this thread anymore, because the anti-teacher opinions are cemented, if completely unfounded.
