It's a hole in the wall but it's good. It's the only Thai restaurant I've been to that i would come back again. The only place that's met up to my level of spice.

Siamese Thai in Metairie at Vets and I10.
It's tucked away in the back of an old shopping center but the food is good. It's the oldest Thai place in Metairie.
