The East.

Well the driver's window was smashed out and the steering column was busted out.
So I called NOPD and reported it. Then I had another job a couple of weeks later and the jeep was still there, in front of the same fire hydrant. I asked the customer about it and she said people "dump cars" out there all the time.

A week later I did a job for her neighbor and it was STILL there.

How many cars that aren't stolen are sitting on bricks on a street in the East?

oddly enough on the first visit there was another car on the interstate on Bricks, then another car off of Chef. So yeah, steal a car and dump it in the East.

Someone told me at some times there are only about 10 cops on the street in all of the East. I believe it. People don't even stop at lights or signs.

This was off of Bundy, between Lake Forrest and Chef.
