Koba was driven by the mistrust/hatred that humans instilled in him though. You understand where his hatred is fueled from but he drags everyone into it with him and it also makes you wonder if the humans would have let them be if he hadn't attacked. With the settlement reaching outside help, how many more people would have come with the intense mistrust/hatred towards the apes like Carver?
