Thanks! That's quite a Weber set up! I don't have a gas weber in my arsenal.
Ive smoked poppers, corn, sausage wrapped with bacon, small pork loins and plenty of wings. It has two racks in it so you'd be surprised at how much you can get on it.
I've run it steady 5 to 6 hours before temp drops slowly adding a few briquettes to keep it going. The bottom just does not hold a lot of briquettes and I need to build a better vent stack in the center to keep the oxygen flowing. The ash tends to build up at the bottom and restrict flow.

I have a Weber Rancher. Definitely nothing flimsy about it, but it really isn't too bad to move around. My wife was able to help me load it into my truck last weekend without too much trouble. My friends refer to it as the UFO.
