I have the 22.5 kettle, and it is fine for two of us. I can indirect cook a large pack of wings, legs, racks of lambs, or a split chicken with no problem.

My neighbor has the 26.75, and it is impressive. He used it to smoke brisket, pork butts, etc. until he got a Weber Smokey Mountain. I can smoke larger items on the 22.5 too, but just one at a time.
